ALPA

The Association de Lutte Contre la Piraterie Audiovisuelle - ALPA - is the main French association fighting against audiovisual piracy. Almost all audiovisual and film industry companies in France are members. It publishes studies on audiovisual piracy, conducts lobbying activities towards parliament representatives and the government, and eventually supports legal actions.

CNC

The Centre National de la Cinématographie is an administrative body which mains missions are :

• to regulate and to support the film, broadcast, video, multimedia and technical industries,
• to promote films and televisions for distribution to all audiences
• to preserve and develop the film heritage
